advertisement is today India's top ranking heroine.
A regular at Karan Johar and Yash Chopra films,
Zinta has come a long way.
Discovered
by Shekhar Kapur, Preity Zinta signed her first film
opposite Bobby Deol called Soldier. But Dil Se was her
first film to release. Though she had a small role in
the film, it firmly established Preity as a talent to
look for to in the industry. She rightly won the
Filmfare New Face award.
Over
the years Preity has done various roles in different
films. Some of her memorable performances have been in
films like Kya Kehna, Dil Se, Soldier, Salaam Namaste,
Veer Zaara, Koi Mil Gaya, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, Lakshya,
Kal Ho Na Ho and Dil Chahta Hai.
