Aarti Chhabria is the new toast of the town thanks
to the success of Shootout At Lokhandwala. In the
film she plays a bar dance and love interest of
Tushar Kapoor.
Born
in 1982, Aarti shot into fame when she was
crowned Miss India in 2000. She then appeared in
approximately 200 ads, for instance Krack Cream,
Amul & Freshna, a music video for Sukhwinder
Singh (Nashi Hi Nasha...); one titled 'Madhubala',
one for Adnan Sami (Tera Chehera..) - which only
added to her popularity. She was earlier seen in
films like Awara Pagal Deewana and Shadi No 1 but
Aarti has however arrived in Bollywood with Shootout
At Lokhandwala. Her forthcoming films include
Milenge Milenge with Shahid Kapoor and Anamika.
