 All though she’s had a long innings in
Bollywood, it was with her trademark ‘wah! kya scene hai’, that she exclaimed her way to instant fame.
Today Archana Puran Singh has not only made her name as an
actress but also as an anchor and host of various events
including Filmfare awards.
A
Punjabi girl from Dehradun, Archana Puran Singh came to
Mumbai with a dream. The dream became a reality after
eight years of struggle when she was cast in the hit
film Jalwa. One of the first actress to embrace
television with Mr and Mrs, Archana is known equally
well for her roles in films (Raja Hindustani, Kuch Kuch
Hota Hai, Mohabatien, Jhankar Beats, Masti among others)
as well as television serials (karamchand, Jaane Bhi Do
Paaro, Mr & Mrs, Kya Scene Hai among others).
Late
90s saw Archana branch out into compering live shows.
She soon made her mark with her quick humor and pleasant
personality.
