Arif Lohar,
son of noted Pakistani singer Arif Lohar is continuing
the fine tradition of bringing folk music to the
audience world wide. Although
Arif adopted his father's style of "Chimta",
he
has
been
successful in creating his own name in music
industry, by giving a modern touch to his music.
Last
year Arif Lohar joined hands with Mukhtar Sahota
a Music Producer known for his distinctive sound
of fusion, from Desi, Reggae to Dance and Rock
to re-introduce some classics of Alam Lohar and
hits from Arif. The album 'Jugni' brings Arif
Lohar to the sound of the 21st Century with the
distinctive sound of Mukhtar, for all ages to
discover, rediscover, and enjoy.
