Maisamma is a compilation of popular folk songs
from Telugu cinema, Aaku chatu, Mabbe
masakesindhile, Shubhalekha raasukunna and
more, that he selected with a little help from
Telugu film producers. Piyush also introduces
new vocalists Srikanth, Gayatri, Vasu and
Chandana. The latter who also features on the
video earlier acted in Gharshana and Shatru.
