Originally from Goa , Edwin came to Delhi in 1987 to play for a hotel band, The Temptations. From Surya Sofitel he moved on to the Ashoka, and worked at Le Meridian.
Most Delhi-ites would remember Edwin as the lead guitarist of the popular Delhi band, BlitzKrieg. Deceivingly unassuming on stage, he brought a clean, cutting edge to the music, and quickly gained a reputation as a 'hot talent'.
Edwin is a guitarist par excellence. He is currently working as studio musician, putting together jingles and other bits of music required by the industry. He also runs his own guitar institute under the name of Guitar Magic.
