 An
actress and an item girl, Payal, is a computer
engineer by profession. A finalist at Femina Miss
India in 2000, Payal is the winner of the coveted title
of Supermodel Miss Tourism World 2001.
Payal
Her success at the contest opened her doors for modeling
and in a short time she did commercials for brands like
Bajaj, Dabur, Nescafe, LG, Britannia, Paas Paas, among
others. Besides modeling she also featured in music videos
of KK, Silk Route among others. But what really got
Payal noticed was her ad for Cadbury chocolate. Payal
made her acting debut in Hansal Mehta's Yeh Kya Ho Raha
Hai. She also acted in Tauba Tauba and Fun, two raunchy
films that got her lot of notorious fame. Wise
after her experience Payal is rebuilding her career. In
last couple of years she has been seen in small roles in
big budget films like China Town, Plan among others.
Payal was last seen in film Corporate where she featured
in an item number featuring Kailash Kher. Her
forthcoming films include Priyadarshan directed Dhol. |
