Shri Tiwari started learning classical music from
Shri Tahkur Chaubey at a very young age. When he
joined Banaras Hindu Univeristy he came under
tutelage of lae Pt Ajeet Bhattacharya and then late
Pt Acharya Nandanjee. Recipient of Pt Balram Pathak
Samman, Harish Tiwari was fortunate enough to have
Pandit Bhimsen Joshi as a guru when he shifted to
Patna. Harish Tiwari is a regular senior artist of
AIR and Doordarshan.
